Real-Time Clock (RTC) Modules with Ultra Low Power in Compact Packages

Real-Time Clock (RTC) Modules combine a 32.768 kHz XTAL with a CMOS based oscillator and RTC IC inside a miniature SMD ceramic package.

  • Ultra low power consumption: 45nA
  • High accuracy: ± 1 ppm, ± 0.09s/day
  • Smallest package: 2.0 x 1.2 x 0.7 mm
  • Extended temperature range up to +125°C including AEC-Q200

Low Power Oscillator based on Tuning Fork Technology

These ultra low power oscillators combine 32.768 kHz or 100 kHz quartz crystal with a CMOS oscillator circuitry in a miniature SMD ceramic package.

  • Low power consumption
  • Extended temperature range: -40 to +125°C

All products are qualified according to AEC-Q200 or implantable medical.

32.768 kHz Quartz Crystals

32.768 kHz and Low Frequency (LF) Quartz Crystal Units in ceramic or metal package. Tuning fork crystals with low ESR and wide range of load capacitances (CL) are available.

These XTAL products address market requests for low power timing devices like oscillators or microcontrollers, high reliability, extended operating temperature and automotive qualification according to AEC-Q200.

MHz AT-Cut Crystals and Inverted Mesa AT-Cut Crystals

Standard AT-Cut quartz crystal units from 8 to 30 MHz and High Frequency Fundamental (HFF) inverted Mesa crystals from 50 to 250 MHz operate in fundamental mode.

AT-cut and HFFs are available in low profile, miniature ceramic packages support high temperature, high shock and vibration resistance are ideal for harsh environment and high reliability applications.

MHz Clock Oscillators up to 225 MHz

MHz Clock Oscillators, based on AT-cut quartz crystals and High Frequency Fundamental (HFF) inverted Mesa crystals are ideal for applications in harsh environment and applications with high reliability requirements.

MHz VCXO Oscillators up to 170 MHz Up to 210°C

VCXO, Voltage Controlled Oscillator, based on AT-cut quartz crystals and High Frequency Fundamental (HFF) inverted Mesa crystals are ideal for applications in harsh environment and applications with high reliability requirements, featuring low aging and very fast start up time, high shock and vibration resistance.

Low Power Oscillator based on Tuning Fork Technology

OCXO, Oven Controlled Oscillators combine the crystal resonator with a temperature sensor and a heating element in one small package guaranteeing high frequency stability, high shock and vibration resistance and low power consumption.

Ultra-Low Power Temperature Sensor combined with Real-Time Clock Module

The Temperature Sensor Module combines a 12-bit Temperature Sensor with a Real-Time Clock (RTC) IC and an embedded 32.768 kHz XTAL inside a miniature SMD ceramic package.

  • Ultra low power consumption: 160 nA
  • Temperature precision and accuracy: ±1°C (-40°C to +85°C)
  • High time accuracy: ± 2.5 ppm, ± 0.216 s/day
  • Small package and low profile: 3.2 x 1.5 x 0.8 mm
  • Extended temperature range up to +105°C including AEC-Q200
