日蚀可编程振荡器只是一个振荡器,其中使用整数模式或分数锁相环(PLL)将谐振器频率后处理到所需的输出频率。所采用的谐振器是体声波(BAW)石英晶体谐振器或MEMS(微机电系统)谐振器。振荡器输出频率和其他操作功能使用集成电路的内部可编程存储器进行配置。该电路由振荡器环路、典型锁相环路(PLL)和相关功能块组成,以促进各种偏置电平和输出逻辑配置。
