日本爱普生晶振SG2016CAN,是一款小体积晶振尺寸2.0x1.6mm石英晶体振荡器(SPXO),支持CMOS输出电平,四脚贴片晶振,有源晶振,1.8V至3.3V的宽工作电压和宽工作温度范围从-40℃到+85℃(+105℃)。 SG2016CAN有源晶振还具有超低功耗的优点。响应时间仅为3ms,上升/下降延迟时间为4ns。在工作频率为20MHz,无负载情况时,工作电流可达1.8mA,待机状态下的电流可达2.7μA。所以,在5G前传光模块方案中,如果需要MCU主频更稳定,外置高温、稳定性好的5G晶振时,EPSON公司推出的SG2016CAN晶振是较理想的选择。常用有源晶振型号SG2016CAN编码X1G004801005800,频率20.000MHz,工作温度-40℃至85℃.具有超小型,轻薄型,低抖动,低功耗,低损耗,低耗能,低电流消耗等特点,非常适合5G模块,物联网、可穿戴设备、医疗设备、工业自动化等各种应用。
